Seller — ARCHITEKA GROUP Sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Sienna 9, 70-542 Szczecin, Poland, entered in the Polish register of entrepreneurs (KRS) under number 0001159092, VAT ID (NIP) 8522717020, REGON 541041833, email: hello@astrodecade.com.

Service — the AstroDecade website, quiz form and results view.

Customer — any person or entity placing an order. Consumer — a natural person contracting outside their trade or profession.

Digital product — a personalized report or subscription: free Mini Profile, Cosmic Blueprint, Cosmic Bond FULL, AstroBusiness Edition, Decade Map 2026–2036, Additional person, Transit Calendar.

Payment operator — Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. (Tpay). The Seller never stores card data.

You order by providing your name, email and the birth data required for the calculation, then paying through Tpay.

The contract is concluded when the payment operator confirms the payment. An order confirmation is sent to the email you provided.

Prices shown are gross prices in Polish zloty (Polish market) or US dollars (other markets).

Delivery is electronic and starts immediately after payment is confirmed — usually within minutes and always within 24 hours.

The report is displayed on screen and sent to the email address given in the order.

If a report has not reached you within 24 hours, write to hello@astrodecade.com and we re-issue it at no cost.

By placing an order you give express consent for performance to begin (generation of your personalized report) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

You acknowledge that once generation of the personalized report starts you lose the statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, because the digital content is prepared to your specification.

You confirm this consent by ticking the statement in the checkout window. Without it the order cannot be processed.

Regardless of section 5 we apply a goodwill policy: if within 14 days of purchase you decide the report is not right for you and we have not generated another product for you, we refund the full amount.

Request it with a single email to hello@astrodecade.com quoting the order email address. No justification is required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the request being accepted.

The goodwill policy does not cover abuse, in particular repeated ordering and refunding of the same products.

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time by email to hello@astrodecade.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. No charges are made for periods after cancellation.

Submit complaints by email to hello@astrodecade.com with the order email address, the product name and a description of the problem.

We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint at the latest. No response within that period means the complaint is upheld.

If upheld, we correct the report, regenerate it, or refund the amount paid — following your preference where it can be met.

Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission ODR platform.

You need a device with a current web browser, an internet connection and a working email address.

Reports are delivered as a web page and a PDF file.

Report and Service content is protected by copyright. A report is purchased for personal use.

Reports may not be resold or republished in full. Quoting excerpts with attribution is permitted.

AstroDecade products are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, legal, psychological or investment advice and do not replace a qualified professional.

Decisions taken on the basis of a report are your own responsibility.

The Seller is the data controller. Processing is described in the Privacy policy.

Birth data is processed solely to run the calculations and prepare your report.

The contract is governed by Polish law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Disputes are resolved by the court competent under Polish civil procedure.

Changes to these Terms are announced in the Service. Orders placed before a change are governed by the version in force at the time of the order.
